Super fun getting hammered, and floating down the river from here, other than that, the campsites are pretty sweet and it's awesome having good people surrounding you.
Bathrooms are nasty and why pay to use the showers wouldn't recommend this camp ground at all
Staff are unwelcoming and don't provide any info unless asked...and when they do answer, it's with short clipped answers, which leaves you asking more questions. They certainly don't want return business. The camp sites are tiny. The rules say quiet time is 11pm...which is a joke. It's also expensive. $40 per adult for 2 nights on one site AND if you have a 2nd vehicle, be prepared to pay another $15 to park it. They have their own canoe livery which you pay for at the campground. After that you're on your own. The bus driver nor staff at the livery provide you any info on your canoe trip. You have to drag it out if them. This place won't see my return business.
Great place, but a bit pricey and the firewood wasn't that good. I will likely return though, location on the river is just perfect for the area.
The place is AMAZING! You can go with family or friends and are able to find things to do, no matter what!
