Pretty mediocre at best. All the phones are routed through a call center which seems unreliable at best. Sometimes extremely hard to order and food is average on the side of disappointing at best most of the time. Hardly ever have positive dining experiences at location with either huge wait times or just generally bad service from the server's end.
They pizza is pretty good here and when you use the drive through they usually are quick, had a few times I waited for awhile though... Once waited ten minutes.
Service was slow because they were busy but the waitress was very pleasant. I really love that they have the salad bar inside the dining area, most pizza huts took them out. That's makes no sense!!! Food was good!!
This was by far the worst pizza experience my wife and I have ever had. My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and we decided on a night in with pizza and had the misfortune of ordering from this store. Not only did they get our order wrong, but it was pretty much uncooked. When I stopped in, the restaurant was empty so I decided to call. Nobody answered, and after a dozen calls without an answer, I called the corporate office. The corporate office couldn't even get a hold of the store (mind you the store was open and supposed to be operating for another 3 hours at the time). So I filed a complaint and wrote this review to tell you never to eat at this store. Like many other people have written about this store, it always seems to be empty and yet the service is absolutely horrible. I'm actually sad it it forced me to give this store any stars before I could post this review. It doesn't even deserve one star.
Buffet is not bad during busy times but half the time you have it and nothing will be stocked, so your all you can eat buffet will only be that way if you want unlimited dessert pizza and some thing crust pizza that looks super dried out and begging to be put in the trash.
My Pizza Hut App wasn't cooperating so we went up to the store to place our order & Gary was a huge help! Got our order taken & made the process quick & easy. We came back through the drive through to pick it up & he remembered who we were & what we ordered. We camp here often & will always come back! Thank you Gary!
